If you encounter a problem with one of our plugins not working as advertised within 14 days of purchase, and we are unable to fix the problem, you shall be refunded.
Submitting a support request is required so as to indicate an honest attempt at resolving the issue prior to requesting a refund.
If we are not allowed to attempt to the fix the problem, we will not approve the refund request.
Refunds are not provided for renewals. Prior to renewals being processed you will receive an email notification indicating the upcoming renewal.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for requests based on unadvertised or otherwise assumed functionality. Use the contact form to submit any pre-sale questions you may have.
Your license will be invalidated and deactivated immediately on submission of a refund request, and all future auto-renewals for that license will be canceled immediately. A deactivated license cannot be restarted, renewed or reactivated.
Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agree to the terms & conditions, including the Refund Policy. After 14 days have elapsed from the date of a transaction for the software license, the buyer agrees they have had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the goods/software and signifies to the seller that the goods are conforming or that the buyer will take or retain them in spite of their nonconformity. At that point any amounts paid are no longer eligible for a refund.
All refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of WP Codeus, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests for customers who have previously purchased and obtained refunds for a WP Codeus, LLC product license.
