WordPress software is constantly being updated. Our team will ensure all updates for your core, plugins, and theme are tested, and installed carefully to avoid any issues.

Development & Content update requests and small design improvements are the most common requests. Many of our customers use this as a way to debug problems, ask how-to questions, etc. But please be aware that requests for new features and functionality to your website will likely result in a formal proposal, as those commonly go over the 2 hours on our Optimal plan.
In this quarterly one hour call, we’ll make sure your website is on track and performing at it’s best. If it is lacking performance in some areas we will work with you to help come up with a strategy to improve these areas.
If you need support above and beyond what is covered under your selected plan, we will submit a time estimate for you to approve separately from your Webcare plan. If approved, we will schedule a block of time for this work to be completed and it will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Email is our preferred form of communication and provides the quickest response. However, we know brainstorming and strategy works best on the phone or on a video call. The calls are typically 1 hour long and occur on a quarterly basis. During the strategy calls we will work together to identify areas of your website and strategy that can be improved, and come up with a list of action items for our team and yours. These consultation calls are reserved for our Optimal Webcare plan customers.
While we would be sad to see you go, we know that financial needs weigh on many decisions and we do not want to lock anyone in to a long term contract. Our Webcare plans are paid in advance each month, which allows you to opt out of any future payments and cancel your service at any time.
Our standard hourly rate is $100/hour.
